Refund Policy:
To secure your requested service, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the initial stage. This deposit covers FAA flight requests, flight plans, and Geo-Zone unlocks.
Exceptions for refunding the deposit include:
FAA Flight Restrictions: If FAA flight restrictions prevent us from providing services in your area, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Unavailable Flight Time: If your preferred flight time(s) are not available, we will refund your deposit.
Once preparations are complete, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent. The balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your flight.
The remaining balance becomes non-refundable after payment, except in cases of inclement weather conditions that prevent safe flight operations. In such cases, we will attempt to find alternate flight times. If not possible, we will refund the balance minus the deposit.
